Dec. 16, follow ing a long illness, from arthritis and complications. s An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints, she served in the Fourth ward Relief Society in Provo until' five years ago when she moved to Pleasant View. A daughter of .William . and Emily Abel Paxman, early American Ameri-can Fork pioneers, she was born Aug. 4, 1891, In Hatch, Idaho. She reived her education In the American Fork schools where she was a graduate with the first third year high school class in the city. She also attended the Brlgham Young university. Survivors include her husband, six of her seven sons and daughters, daugh-ters, Dr. William P. Martin, Columbus. Ohio; Dr. James P. Martin, Riverside, Calif.; Dr. Thomas P. Martin, Sunnyside, Wash.; Mrs. Helen M. Draper, Heber; Miss Ruth Martin, Co lumbus, Ohio, and Mrs. Bern m. Warnlck, Salt Lake City. Also surviving are a brother, Ernest Paxman, Provo, a sister, Mrs. Rebecca P. Bowden, Salt Lake City, ten grandchildren, and several half-brothers nd nau-sisters.
