The Livestock Situation Los Angeles, May 16, 1935 As the California cattle marketing season advances, it becomes more and more evident that the price structure has attained sound stability at the sharply higher levels reached during the first three months of 1935. That there is actually no over supply of California grass cattle now seems evident to both the packer and the trade in general. Talk of middle western buying of California grass cattle has developed Into a very extensive ex-tensive buying program. Higher cattle prices have brought real prosperity to the California cattlemen. Net profits on grass cat tle sold on the coast markets so far have been the greatest In a good many years. In fact, even In war and post-war period, I doubt If many cattlemen were able to realize the gross profits that they are now reap-! ing. o IS YOUR COMPLEXION BLOTCHY AND PIMPLY?
