Of this amount the county furnished, $700, while 786 was collected from other sources, leaving a balance in the treasury of $1.12. The financial report re-port was issued 1y L. L. Nelson treasurer of the committee. Jame T. Gardner of American Pork chairman of the committee, in his report to. the county commission, recommends re-commends the county festival be an annual affair. He suggests that arrangements ar-rangements for the exhibition be tak-eH tak-eH up earlier than last year in order to secure better co-operation from the people of the county. Special credit Is give In the report to Prof. Olsen D. Campbell, head of the art deimrtment of the Provo high school, for his supervision of the artistic ar-tistic arrangement of the exhibits.
