He was 38 years of aga and was born and raised in this vicinity.- Ills marriage to Miss Mary Wootmgton of Lehi took place is years ago, but Mrs. Makln died over a year ago of Influenia, leaving three little girls, the young est of which was three months old at the time. Mr. Makln had been suffering from heart trouble previous to an attack of Influenia and since that time com plications arose. Three months ago hA cam home to his mother for care and the little girls made their home with his wife's relatives, who have cared for them since. Kitchen appeared befor the council and petitioned for an abatement in her irrigation tax. The matter was taken under advise ment by the Irrigation committee. - Fred Smith appeared before the council and complained about the flooding of his meadow land by water wat-er from the 8outh waste ditch.
