Main, Lehi. All family members and friends are invited. They request no gifts, please. j Horace was reared in Lehi and La Von was born and raised in American Fork. The Clarks were m arried Dec. 2, 1938, in Monterey Park, Calif. Martin Matthews Elder Martin Matthews, son of Vern and Carol Matthews, Highland, has been called to serve in the Birmingham, Alabama LDS Mission. Trisha Lee Fackrell was awarded first place in the Utah tate Fair piano competition held 4n Salt Lake City recently. She performed a sonata by Prokofieff i and a concerto by Beethoven in the .'annual competition. Trisha is the 1 1-year-old daugh-Jter daugh-Jter of Brent and Loraine Fackrell, fOrem residents who formerly lived in Highland. ; The sixth grade student at Vine-jyard Vine-jyard Elementary began her piano J study when she was six and at the : age of 8 was chosen to perform in ithe state Honors Recital for the Utah Music Teachers Association. 'At the time, she was studying with 'Cheryl Norman. Her current teacher is Dr. Irene iPeery of Provo. She has received awards at several national and ilocal piano competitions, and has 'been chosen a top performer in the iUMTA exams for both 1987 and Urn. Mrs. Clark operated a beauty shop in California and was employed em-ployed at Sprouse Reitz in American Ameri-can Fork for several years. The Clarks live in Lehi. They have three children, Mrs. Diane Rosier, West Jordan; Robert Clark, American Fork; and Dale Clark, Hayward, Calif.
