Timp Planning notice & agenda The Timpanogos Planning and Water Management Agency is an organization created by an interlocal cooperation agreement between the cities of Lehi, Highland, Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove and Lindon for the purpose of cooperative management of water resources and planning efforts. The regular meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month beginning at 7 p.m. in the conference con-ference room of the Timpanogos Special Service District office building, 6400 North 5050 West.
