The proposal calls for a two-lane highway with passing lanes which would basically follow the existing alignment for approximately six miles. Ordinance No. 83-7-13 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTED PARKING PARK-ING AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS. THE CITY OF AMERICAN FORK ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: SECION I: When appropriate traffic control and regulatory signs are posted the following locations shall have restricted parking as set forth below : A. That portion of the street from the northwest nor-thwest corner of the intersection of Church Street and Main Street for a distance of 50 feet to the west of said corner shall be a restricted parking area. Signs shall be posted designating that area for passenger loading and unloading only with a 15 minute parking limitation. Said parking limitation shall apply at all hours of the day. B. That portion of the street lying on the east side of Center Street and directly west of the Public Safety Building located at 98 North Center shall be a restricted parking area. Signs shall be posted limiting parking to properly marked Public Safety Department vehicles at all times. Highway project public hearing set On the design features of a proposed highway project which will entail the widening and reconstruction of U.S. Route 189 from the Murdock Diversion Dam to State Route 92 at Wildwood Project No. F-019-1U3) The Utah Tran sportation Commission herewith advises all persons or groups of the proposed construction of Project No. F-019-1(13) on U.S. Highway 189 (Provo Canyon in Utah County. All are hereby invited to attend and to participate in a Design Public Hearing on said project which will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 1983 in the Orem High School, Auditorium, 175 South 400 East, Orem, Utah.
