Show Thursday, July 20, 2006 CELEBRATIONS, Celebrations Ashley, 50th Thursday, July 20, 2006 is a day of celebration for Willis Glenn and Eileen Ashley - it marks their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on July 20, 1956 in Cedar Fort, UT. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on January 24. 1964. Glenn served in the Army and later retired from Dugway Proving Grounds. He then drove semi-truck cross country. He still enjoys making the run every now and again with his sweet wife. Eileen worked in Dugway the first few years of their marriage then turned her career into raising her children and being a devoted wife and mother. She enjoys quilting, quilt-ing, sewing, and caring for her livestock. Glenn and Eileen have six children chil-dren and 10 grandchildren. There will be a celebration held in their honor from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday, July 23, 2006 at the L.D.S. Church, 185 E Center, Cedar Fort, UT for family and friends to attend. No formal invitations invi-tations will be sent. Jennika, the daughter of Cindy Walker, graduated from American Ameri-can Fork High School, where she was a varsity cheerleaderson-gleader cheerleaderson-gleader for all 3 years. She has been involved in gymnastics, cheer, diving, singing and danc-. ing since she was 3 years old. She took part in the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Olympics, danced with and taught at Jazz'n Place for 13 years, performed per-formed with Odyssey's Thriller (RPHH), received many local and national awards for solo and team competitions and won the 1st place award for Overall Cheer and Song Leader, for the past 2 years, at the United Spirit Association Camp. She currently works for Doug Smith Chrysler in American ForK and teaches dance at the American Fork Fitness Center. She will continue her career in teaching dancing and gymnastics and plans to eventually attend the University of Utah. The couple will reside in American Ameri-can Fork. Alex R.
