Nichole planted a flower garden, helped clean peoples homes, she did baptism bap-tism for the dead and always volunteers volun-teers to baby-sit She also helped her Young Women Class make quilts Her favorite project was doing bap-isms for the dead at the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple with all her cousins and grandparents It was a really fun experience Nichole attends (Jak Canyon Junior Ju-nior High School. She says "I love lo draw and I like all my classes I like four -wheeling, sewing, skiing " Nichole enjoyed attending LTY last summer Nichole's grandparents are Ron and Dark Wilkinson of Oem After 23 years of companionship, Ms Nancy C. Olson and Mr. Noall T Wootton were wed on Saturday, January 28, 2006 in their American Fork home. Judge Brent Bullock performed the ceremony, which was witnessed by their children. Dr. Kim (Olson) Sieber, Ms. Lisa fWoot-ton) fWoot-ton) NageL and Mr. Chris Wootton; their grandchildren, Sarah. Jack, Sam. and Ben; and other close family members. Honored guests included Noall's mother, Mrs. Nora Wootton and brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Wootton. Woot-ton. W s ; i N. . - i - '-ainiv -1 Darwin Miner wiD be celebrating his 80th birthday. He was born to George and Lillie Miner on Feb. 13, 1926 in American Fork. He is the youngest of 8 children. chil-dren. His school years were spent in American Fork. He graduated from American Fork High School in 1944. Darwin worked for United States Steel at Geneva Works between his junior and senior year while Geneva was under construction. He enlisted in the Air Force at age 17 and was stationed in Amarillo. Texas and later transferred to Marfa Air Force Base. He married his high school sweetheart, sweet-heart, Bonnie Larsen while in Texas, and was awaiting pilot training school when W W'.II ended - they returned re-turned to Lehi to make their home. Darwin continued his education by an ending Utah Technical College (presently LVSQ, and received his degree as a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic (Diesel and Automotive). Darwin has always had great satisfaction sat-isfaction in gaining knowledge. He attended the General Motors Training Train-ing Center, and the Oregon Based Tractor Training and Equipment school He frequently updated his skills to keep up with the advancing technology. Darwin has served his community by owning and operating his private automotive business "Miner's T.B.A." Darwin retired in 1985 from U.S. Steel after 42 years of heavy duty mechanic work Darwin and Bonnie recently celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary. an-niversary. They are the parents of five children. Larry (Betty Jean). Brent (Debbie). Mark (Darcy). Margie Mar-gie (Kevin), Gordon (Nancy). They have 26 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Darwin enjoys genealogy. He belongs be-longs to the Miner World Wide Family Fam-ily Organization. He is a consultant at the Highland Family History Center. David Berry Elder David W.
