Jan 20 WARRANT - A man came to the department last evening to report that he was being sexually harassed by a iemale supervisor at a business where he was working off some court-ordered court-ordered community sendee. The 40-year-old man, of Provo. was hooked into the Utah County jail on non-bailable drug charges. Jan. 21 ROLLING STOLEN -A Sgt. stopped by the 7-11 store at BOO N. State last night about Midnight. A man and woman were the only other customers in the store at the time, and the man immediately got nervous nerv-ous when the Sgt. walked in. He Boon left the store to go out and wait in the car for the woman. The Sgt. -decided to leave when the couple did, noticing the 2005 Chevy Cavalier they were in looked pretty beat up and dirty. He ran the Nevada license number num-ber and the car came back as having been stolen out of Las Vegas. A traffic stop was made at 750 N. 800 W. and the driver, 27-year-old man, a transient from Las Vegas, was arrested. He said he'd traveled to Orem to visit his estranged wife and child. He was arrested on the warrant and left with the .officer when he finished taking the report of the stolen .cockatoo. AUTO BURGLARY - A car was broken onto Friday night in the area of 700 N. 1200 W. The widow was broken bro-ken with a rock and a Kenwood CD Player was stolen. FIGHT IN PROGRESS - Early Saturday mom trig, three men in a Jeep were driving on University Parkway A Honda .occupied by four adult Hispanic men started to follow the -Jeep. The driver of the Jeep drove to the residence of one of the Jeep's occupants and the Honda followed. When one .of the Jeep's occupants gotiout, f our men from the Honda got out .and assaulted Mm. Another- occupant got out of the Jeep to aid his friend who was screaming for help and he was also assaulted by the four men, and was hurt badly enough that he had to be taken to the hospital and was in surgery for seven hours to repair injuries to his head and face. A license number from the Honda was written down 'by a witness and officers tracked down the suspects at a home on Provo. Arrests were made for aggravated assault and .all four suspects were booked into the Utah County jaiL They offered no good reason for following the -Jeep .or assaulting the other men. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY BUR-GLARY - Someone 'entered an unlocked .apartment early Saturday morning through the front door and stole a number of DVDs and a Compaq Presario lap top computer. An occupant of the apartment heard someone open the door to her 'bedroom 'bed-room and when she called out to the person (whom she didn't see clearly), the intruder closed the bedroom door and fled. A similEr report came in early Monday morning from the same apartment complex (Pinnacle Apartments) reporting the same type of theft, where someone entered an unlocked apartment apart-ment Sunday night and stole a lap top computer. AUTO BURGLARY -Cash was stolen from an unlocked car Friday night in the area of 900 W. 200 North. A stereo was stolen from an unlocked Suburban in the same area.
