Ruby was born July 16, 1912 in Price, Utah to John Hardison and Anna Cecilia Nielsen Redd. She married Orville K. Harris on February 28, 1938 in Price, Utah. They owned and operated Geneva Pharmacy on Sate Street in Orem for many years. He died March 24, 1975. She will be honored by her children: Phillip D. (ReNee) Harris, Lynn C. (Geralyn) Harris and Cecelia Harris (Eric) Fielding of Orem and Kenneth B. (Carol) Harris of Elk Ridge, as well as many grandchildren grandchildren. and great- '"'' " RUDY REDD HARRIS Anne Weber and Jay Young exhibit now open Anne Weber of Springville and Jay Young of Orem have aexhib-it aexhib-it entitled "Utah: Favorite Places" at the Historic Utah County Courthouse, 51 S. University Ave., Provo. The show continues to Aug. 30 with weekday hours 8 am-5 pm, and Saturday - and Sunday 9 am-5 pm. The show includes pastels of landscapes and street scenes by Anne Weber and oil landscape paintings by Jay Young. The public is invited to a reception on Sunday July 14 from 4 to 6 pm. Several of Anne Weber's works are in state and corporate collec tions. She is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America, and has had work accepted in three of their international juried shows in New York City. She exhibits in national juried shows several times a year and has won awards in several of them. Jay Young, who has been painting most of his life, teaches oil painting. Over the years he has had many one-man shows and has exhibited in several Utah galleries. His paintings give observers a fresh eye for their surroundings and a greater appreciation of them. The bride attended Mountain View High School and Latter-day Saint seminary, graduating in 1998. She then attended Brigham Young University and received a bachelor's bach-elor's degree in Marriage, Family and Human Development in 2001. The groom attended both Granite Bay High School and Mountain View High School. He graduated in 1999, also completing four years of LDS Seminary. He served in the Puerto Rico, San Juan Mission and plans to attend Brigham Young University. The couple will make their first home in Pleasant Grove. Aubrey Jaramillo to marry Terry Peterson July 13th Aubrey Ann Jaramillo, daughter of David and Joni Jaramillo, will marry Terry Don Peterson, son of Stanley and Diane Peterson, on July 13, 2002. A reception will be held that evening from 7:30 until 9:30 at the Jaramillo residence, 1043 North 1050 East, Orem. The bride-to-be graduated from Mountain View High School. She attended UVSC and Real Estate School. She is currently employed at Johnston and Dodge Realty and does billing for a doctor's office. Her fiance graduated from Timpanogos High School. He is currently attending BYU and is planning to attend dental school. He served a mission in Paris, France. He is currently employed by Morinda and CompUSA. The couple will make their first home in Orem. Chyleen Prestwich to marry Michael Jacklin July 13th Chyleen Marie Prestwich, daughter of E.J. and Debra Wimmer, will marry Michael G. Jacklin, son of Ernest and Carolyn Jacklin, on July 13, 2002 in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. A reception will be held that evening from 7:00 until 9:00 at 1029 West 1260 North, Orem. Bridesmaids will include Tristin Harmon, Brittany Wimmer, Nechelle Wimmer and Andrea Prestwich. Attending the groom will be Shanalee Dell and Michael Wilson. The bride-to-be graduated from Timpanogos High School, UVSC and The American Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Medical Assistant. She is currently cur-rently employed at Orchard Park Care Center. Her fiance graduated from Roy High School and is currently cur-rently a senior at BYU, studying study-ing Broadcasting.
