JCAHO Accredited MARILYN TOONE From film to fairs, director wears many hats Marilyn Toone draws heavily on her more than 20 years of experience ex-perience in event production to fulfill all her duties as director of two major departments un der the Utah County Business Development Devel-opment Department (UCB) umbrella. um-brella. "One hat I wear is director of the Central Utah Film Commission Commis-sion and the other hat is director of special events," said Toone. "The Film Commission is an ongoing, on-going, daily process and then along come things like the Utah County Fair." Toone was placed in charge of the county fair this year, working work-ing under the direction of County Commissioner David Gardner. In addition to overseeing the fair, she was given the task of transplanting trans-planting it from its long-time location lo-cation in Spanish Fork to the David O.
