Members will wear hats made in the last 100 years, and will be entertained by the Mad-sen Mad-sen Memorial Choir. The purpose pur-pose of the Women's Council is to cooperate in furthering charitable, literary, and educational educa-tional activities. They seek to inform in-form and educate in the fields of art, literature, music, community com-munity affairs, and the home arts. They strive to support charitable projects in the betterment better-ment of one's fellowmen. The organization or-ganization is non-sectarian, non-political, and non-partisan. A reception in honor of the couple will be held Friday, March 22 at the Lindon Stake Center. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Orem High School and will graduate from Utah State University in June. She has served an LDS Mission to Birmingham, Bir-mingham, England. Her fiance is a graduate of Millard High School and Utah State University. He served a mission to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The couple will make their home in Logan. A reception will honor the couple that evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Historic County Courthouse Third Floor Ballroom, 51 South University Avenue, Provo, Utah. The bride-to-be is an honor graduate of Orem High School and LDS Seminary. She also attended at-tended Utah Valley State College, Col-lege, Brigham Young University, Univer-sity, and Bon Losee Academy. Holly Fairclough to wed Michael Hirschi March 16th Holly Jane Fairclough, daughter of Dennis and Marilyn Fairclough of Orem, will marry Michael James Hirschi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry J. Hirschi of Virginia Bear h, Virginia, on March 16, 1996, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will honor the couple that same date at the Bungalow. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Orem High School and LDS Seminary. She has earned an associate degree at Utah Valley State College. Her fiance is a graduate of Green Run High School. He attended at-tended Tidewater Community College and is now employed by GLADE GILLMAN Glade Gillman to celebrate 75th birthday The family of Glade W. Gillman will host a surprise birthday open house to celebrate his 75 years. It will be held at the Women's Cultural Center, 310 West 500 North, Provo, on Friday, March 15, from 7 to 9 p.m. Glade has been a lifetime resident of Orem. His occupation occupa-tion was an apple grower and horticulturist. He is active in his church and community. Her fiance is originally from Pennsylvania, but did attend South High School and LDS Seminary in Salt Lake. He now manages the Martin Door Program Pro-gram at Pioneer Wholesale in Salt Lake City. The couple's first home will be in Orem. The couple would like to express ex-press a special thanks to everyone who has helped with wedding plans, sewn on pearls and sequins, done flowers, thrown bridal showers, made reservations, been in charge of quality control, etc. Remco in Salt Lake City. The couple will make their first home in Orem. A reception will follow from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at 794 North 400 West, American Fork, Utah. The bride-to-be attended Mountain View High School and the groom attended Orem High School.
