'Yes," answers Zina Firmage, R.N., M.S., C.R.R.N., director of University Hospital's new Preventive Cardiology Program. "We are developing a comprehensive, com-prehensive, three-stage family and community-based program designed to prevent cardiovascular cardiovas-cular disease in healthy people, and to prevent its reoccurrence in those who have suffered from it," says Firmage. Veteran U cardiologist car-diologist Frederick L. Anderson, M.D., serves as the new program's medical director. The program, being implemented imple-mented in the next three months, features an Inpatient Cardiovascular Cardiovas-cular Rehabilitation Center and a Cardiovascular Risk Reduction Center. Many Utah households are currently paying considerably more than $500 a month in rent, and unlike a mortgage payment, their rent may steadily rise in the future. Currently, UHFA's average household income served is $25,100 annually-however, many households earn much less.
