He will speak at a farewell to be held Sunday, April 8, at 1 p.m. in the new Timp Park 6th Ward chapel, 950 North 300 East, Orem. Also serving missions in the Harding family are Matthew's brother Andrew, who is servingin the Australia Brisbane Mission, and his grandparents, Ward and Gerry Gordon of Springville, who are serving the California Anaheim Mission, as well as several of his cousins. Matthew is the son of Douglas and Linda Harding. He is a graduate of Orem High School. Jason Dodge homecoming : Elder Jason Dodge has returned from the Ventura California-Spanish Speaking Mission. He will report on Sunday, Sun-day, April 15, at 11 a.m. in the Lakeview Stake Center, 1850 S. 400 W., Orem. Jason Melton participates in REFORGER Spec. R. Jason Melton has participated in the NATO-sponsored exercise, Return of Forces to Germany '90 (REFORGER). The exercise is designed to test and evaluate plans and support sup-port agreements between military and civilian agencies on both sides of the Atlantic. REFORGER also tests W. Germany's ability to support deploying forces and the ability of European-based units to quickly link reinforcing units with their pre-positioned equipment. Melton is a cavalry scout with the 2nd Armored Division at Fort Hoot, Texas. He is the son of Ron C. and Nancy Melton of 1055 West 180 North, Orem. The specialist is a 1987 graduate of Mountain View High School. Recipients of this annual award are selected by hospital employees. Eastwood, an operating room technician, has worked at OCH for three and one-half years. Eastwood was born and reared in England, where she at-- at-- tended school to become a registered nurse. Traveling with her husband, she lived for 11 years in Zambia, Africa; 11 years in Australia, and has lived in the United States for 9 years. Working Work-ing as a nurse, she lived far from town in Zambia where conditions were very primitive. In Australia, she also worked as a nurse and spent a great deal of time in undeveloped un-developed parts of the county. Speaking about her position at OCH, Eastwood said, "I like working at OCH because it's like a family to me. The people I work with really make the job." "The Mormon Tabernacle Choir: An Easter Gift of Music," produced for PBS by KUEDSalt Lake City, was video taped during a live concert in the Mormon Mor-mon Tabernacle on the historic Temple Square in Salt Lake City. London Decca Records last Christmas released a recording of the concert. The hour-long PBS special, which will be offered to PBS stations sta-tions each Easter through 1993, features select pieces from the concert. With selections from the finest of classical opera along with popular favorites, the program pro-gram appeals not only to the true aficionado of opera, but to a broader audience of music lovers everywhere. The gifted international soprano alternates with and joins the choir in a program of sacred, operatic, and musical theatre selections with emphasis on the inspirational. Among those included are: Gounod's "Oh Divine Redeemer;" the Bach-Gounod "Ave Marie;" the Hallelujah Chorus from beethoven's "Mount of Olives;" the overture to Verdi's "La Forza del Destino;" and the Easter Hymn from "Cavaleria Rus-ticana" Rus-ticana" by Mascagni. On Dec. 1, 1979, she gained instant in-stant international stardom and conquered the opera world when she sang countess Almaviva in the new production of "Le Nozze di Figaro" at Covent Garden.
