SPANISH FORK Spanish Fork Police arrested a Provo man and an Orem man for attempted theft in connection with an incident which occurred Jan. 29 at a local business. The two were arraigned on felony charges Monday morning. Arrested were 40-year-old Dennis S. Tolton of Orem and 32-year-old Fred H. Chavez Jr. of Provo. According to the report of arresting officer Blake N. Nielsen, the two are suspected of attempting to steal a snowmobile from Competition Cycle in the Industrial Park in Spanish Fork. , The final touches were put on an agreement between Spanish Fork and Springville last week regarding the control of the land-fill east of the City. "We will be focusing on practical down to. earth ways of feeling better about ourselves," comments Hanks. "Self esteem is probably the most important im-portant factor in determining deter-mining how we deal with the world around us and how we deal with ourselves our-selves and others.
