Child's Theatre Plays In Area During April Mountainland Head Start will present the musical mu-sical "Barney Bingham's Wild, Wild Circus this month in the local communities. com-munities. The play written writ-ten by Don Janson and directed di-rected by Joan Lindsay, is a children's theater play for people of all ages. Barney Bingham, played play-ed byDinoNobleof Orem, is the egotistical Swedish ringmaster who knows only how to make the animals an-imals behave by the use of a whip and a raised voice. The animals, headed head-ed by Marilyn Nargle as an educated monkey, revolt re-volt putting all the humans hu-mans in the cage and making mak-ing them perform, en-sueing en-sueing mass confusion. Before the circus gets back on its feet, lessons of kindness and understanding under-standing must be learned by several of the characters charac-ters lending a moral to the production. The performances will be: tonight, 7 p.m. at the Spanish Fork Middle Mid-dle School, 600 N 820 w; Saturday, 10 a.m. at Lakeridge Jr. High, 951 . SUSC Debaters Rank 1 4th nationally Cedar City -It's a long way to the top, but Southern South-ern Utah State College CEDA debaters have managed man-aged to climb to 14th place in national rankings in only one year. This weekend week-end two SUSC teams will test their abilities at the CEDA Nationals being held at the University of Nevada, Reno. Thunderbird competitors competi-tors at UNR will include the team of LeDuc and Tracy Ashman and the team of Kim-michelle DeAdder and Sue Anne Peterson. Ashman and Peterson are both 1979 graduates of Timpview High School; DeAdder is a 1979 graduate grad-uate of Orem High. Ashman Ash-man is a communications major, the daughter of James D. and LaMon Ashman, Provo. Peterson Peter-son is majoring in prelaw, pre-law, the daughter of Oliver Oli-ver Kay Peterson, Provo, Pro-vo, andWandaL.Bonnett, American Fork. DeAdder is the daughter ofStanley and Donalda DeAdder, Orem. The freshman team narrowly missed breaking into several final rounds of tournament tourna-ment competition during the season. Mayor Proclaims Property Rights Week Orem's Mayor James E.
