Show Weekly "Wiiere's Cfisrley?" To Open Tonight At BYU V Billy Dee Williams portrays legendary ragtime composer Scott Joplin in the world premiere biographical drama 'SCOTT JOPLIN: KING OF RAGTIME.' NBC-TV airs it Tuesday, June 20, on 'The Big Event." The popular Broadway musical "Where's Charley?"
