According to Dr. Anthony W. Mitchell, executive director, the major social service divisions and offices, will be housed in the new building. Approximately 750 of the Department's 4,000 employees will be headquartered in the new building. "Not all social service functions func-tions are in the building. The new social service building does serve as administrative headquarters head-quarters for all divisions and offices," Dr. Anthony W. Mitchell, department executive director, explained.
