ORDINANCE NO. 229 An Ordinance amending Section Sec-tion 29-3-8 of the Revised Ordinance Or-dinance of Orem City, 1959. Repealing any and all ordinances ordin-ances in conflict and declaring an emergency. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OREM CITY, UTAH: Section I. That Section 29-3-8 of the Revised Ordinance of Orem City, 1959, be amended to add the following. E. For all developments located lo-cated on sites of one-half (12) acre or larger, the following provisions will apply. 1. All open parking areas shall have at least five (5) percent of the parking facility permanently landscaped unless otherwise approved by the Planning Plan-ning Commission.
