Show letter To Dear Editor: Some time ago I heard serious charges made against the United Nations which were alarming to me If true and disgusting if not - that they should be made against this organization which we've been taught Is our "only hope for peace," I wUl briefly summarize a few of these charges: That the UN was planned by "conspirators" and communists for the purpose of bringing the entire world into one organization organiza-tion which would gain power and finally be transformed into a world dictatorship under godless, communist rule; That, of seventeen men who had the key roles in shaping and creating the UN, sixteen have been identified In sworn testimony tes-timony as secret communist agents (the first on the list being Alger Hiss - a convicted perjurer.) per-jurer.) That commanlsts in this country coun-try and the world worked tirelessly tire-lessly to lay the foundations of the UN and bring It into existence; exis-tence; That the UN is controlled by communists - the key post which supervises all military functions and weapons has always been Today's Best Buy 1969 BUICK WILDCAT Hard Top Sedan Radio, Heater, Auto. I believe much that lies in the future depends upon how well we can bring to light these secret things of darkness so that this iron yoke of oppression will be thwarted in its attempt to destroy the freedom of all nations, kindreds, lands and people. Sincerely, Thelma M. Thomas P. S. I have just heard that there is to be a film on the UN - Ph. 374-1751 of Mike Bromley FOR OREfA Peace Dove Unmasked," at the Orem City Center next Tues Oct. 24th - the anniversary of the founding of the UN. I hope evervnne will want to see whv this day should be a 'Day of Shame." LETTER TO HE EDITOR Tuesday, October 24 should be known as the United Nations Day of Shame. This was the anniversary anniver-sary of the founding of the "Fearful "Fear-ful Master," their plans for world peace by a one-world dictator, in 1950 our State Department named America's 17 top U. N. planners. Sixteen were later identified under oath as communists com-munists along with commie Alger Hiss, then the right hand man to President Truman. The now day Kissinger, also a member of then the secret Council of Foreign Relations, (C. F. R.) This is the head of theFearful Monster" that controls communism, our State Department and the Shameful Shame-ful U. N. It is doubtful that on American In a hundred has ever heard of tha C.F.R. Despite the tact that its 1,133 members in-clu'le in-clu'le some oi the most famous fat cats from the worlds of high finance, government and tax free foundations. Henry Kissinger, for examolie is the real pres ident of our U.S.A. and a staff member of this C.F.R, Another communist and C.FJl. member is the infamous Dexter White, who eave special attention to the establishment of UNESCO which has had influence on the writing of textbooks for our schools and perverting Halloween with UNICEF money making, Trick or Treat. This U. N. Charter gives the Russians 3 votes to our one vote. Funny you dont hear "Liberal Socialists complain about this. The U.N., flag and the' Soviet arms banner has a strftins resemblance. The U.N. flag was created and designed by Carl Aldo Marzani, tiaad of the U. S. offlc9 of Strategic Services in April 1945. Marzani was later found to be also a commit list. Dr. Ralph (B unche) (C.F.R.) the assistant to the U.N. Secretary General U Thant, had also been identified as a communist com-munist and on and on you can go. As many as half of the 1,350 administrative executives in the U. N, are either communists or people who are willing to do what they want. Why do you think that Rockefeller (C.F.R j donated the land for the construction of the U. N, building here in our U.S.A, The F.B,I. has reported many times, "all these thousands of U.N. Soviet-bloc personnel and dependents (about 80 are spies) all have diplomatic immunity. Richard Nixon introduced world government resolution (HR 68) 1947 to repeal the Con-nally Con-nally Reservation. The abolition of this Reservation would be tantamount tan-tamount to surrendering our American sovereignty to our enemies, and ' would thus be a gross violation of the Presidential Presiden-tial oatli to "preserve, , protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." The U.N. has called for the disarmament of our United States and the transfer of our weaponry to the U. N. The C.F.R. wants the U.N. to be the International Peace Force, with its (our) nuclear weapons would be under the command of the Under Secretary General for Political and Security Council Coun-cil Affair, who has control over all U. N. military affairs. This O. GERAL WILDE A LEADER VOTE FOR A SENATOR WHO WILL WORK FOR Veterans Need Help In fjjjjf f)g JqJjj America cannot afford a generation gen-eration of forgotten men ,- the unemployed veterans who have done a job for their country, but whose country cannot find jobs for them. Their number ' has grown as the war in VietNamhas wound down. Although much progress has been made in assisting them, over 2,000 Vietf-nam Vietf-nam veterans, aged 20-29, remain re-main jobless. And their unemployment unem-ployment rate has been higher than that for their counterparts who did not serve. The returning veterans represent, repre-sent, as in all wars, a cross section of America, but chiefly they are highly employable 'and eager to catch up with their careers. They are better educated educa-ted and better trained than veterans vet-erans of earlier wars - and like them, eager to capitalize on their military experiences as they enter the civilian labor market. ; Unfortunately, far too many of them have had disproportionate disproportion-ate difficulty in finding jobs' so that they can apply their abilities and energies, and make use of their training and qualifications. Finding jobs for veterans should be the first order . of business. It is not something that can be left entirely to government gov-ernment - which has provided special assistance to veterans, has expended massive funds for schooling and training, and has created thousands of new city and state jobs for veterans thru the Emergency Employment Act. Jobs are basically a local affair - local, because that's, where the jobs are, not only in our big companies, but In the medium-size businesses and small organizations. Every employer should develop a veteranpriority program within his company. Personnel directors direc-tors should be instructed to look first to our pool of unemployed veterans whenever an opening occurs and to strive to create new jobs which veterans can fill. Listing job openings with the United States Employment Service, where veterans have' referral priority, and finding out' more about Veterans Admini-i stration programs are good first steps. Let us all make the findings of jobs for our veterans, especially especi-ally the deserving disabled veterans vet-erans who have special needs, a community and a personal matter.' high military post has always been held by a communist. Unlikely places being flooded and some are sliding into the sea. The radio this morning said that some river or other usually twenty-five feet wide, was at this moment two-hundred- and twenty twen-ty five feet wide and having its own way with the town. And the oil break on the San Juan river is just sickening. I wish Texas had the oil in Texas. And isn't is strange that with the turnout they're getting in Alaska, that downed plane with four men of importance can't be found? Well, maybe not. Alaska this time of year is not theperfect place to look for little downed planes . . . Me, I'm not going up in those contraptions con-traptions Dearie, so don't ask. A clogged gutter and of course it flooded over and what a mess! I said it was oil. The man from the city said "no" and I can and do hope he's right. It was oil once, for I happened to be out when the trickle reached my corner. I followed it right up the stream and shore nuff, there he was, draining a can or two of filty oil into that stream. He was very surprised that this was NOT the thing to do. He was more than that when I got through with him. Childrenplay-ing Childrenplay-ing in it, dogs wading in it, oil filth tracked all over innocent people's carpets - not to mention that the gutter was in used for irrigation and so far as 1 know oil doesn't help. Anyhow, the weather looks promising enough that I may be able to get the remainder of my black-eyed -susans out and packaged pack-aged for the trash. And there are the wild asters, too. By the way, I have a new hy-brid wild aster. One plant is a deeper lavender than the ordinary. I have some violet colored Michaelmas Mi-chaelmas Daisies in my yard and evidently, the bees have been up to something and have produced pro-duced a deeper toned wild aster. I love it.
