AND MORE PARTICULAR LY THE MAJOR STREET PLAN AND ZONE MAP OF OREM CITY, UTAH, A3 AMENDED; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY EMER-GENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OREM CITY, UTAH: Section 1. That the following described land, as shown in the Revised Ordinances of OremCity, utan. and more Darticularlv as shown on the Major Street Plan and Zone Map of Orem City, be, and the same is hereby changed, amended and modified to show such land as lvine and beine with in the H-l Highway Service Zone, to-wit: - Beginning at a point in a fence line which point is South 174.' 94 feet ' and East 4.58 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 28, Township 6 South. Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; the Section line South from said Northeast corner cor-ner bears South 0 deg. 44.9' East; thence South 74 dej. 55' East along said fence line 155. 20 feet: thence South 31 dee. 39' East 69.70 feet; thenceSouth 25 deg. 59' West along a fence line 38.60 feet; thence South 31deg. 20' Eastalongthe Westerly West-erly boundary of Sandhill Road, Orem, Utah, 824.00 feet; thence South 13 deg. 40 Eastalongthe westerly boundary of said Sand hiu Koad 257.84 feet; thence North 88 deg. 34 West 979.25 feet to the easterly boundary of Interstate Highway 15;thence North 32 deg. 18' west along the easterly boundary of said Interstate Highway 858.94 feet; thence North 12 deg. 17' west along the easterly boundary of said interstate Highway 456.45 feet; thence, with said right of way line, North 13 00 West 202.52 feet to the South line of 1200 South Street; thence with the street line North 88 58' East 114.65 feet to a right of way monumentjthence continuing with the South line of 1200 South Street on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 2764.9 feet a distance of 658.71 feet (The. Chord of said arc bears South 84" 26' East 657.22 feet) to the point of beginning. Section II. That all rules and regulations, as heretofore estab lished and set forth in the Zon-' ing Ordinance of Orem City, Utah, as amended, which apply to the use of land, buildings and structures lying within the H-l Highway Service Zone, be and the same shall apply to all lands de scribed in Section I of this Ordinance. Or-dinance. " Section III. If any part of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid, in-valid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance. Section IV. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict Thursday, June 29, 1967 herewith are hereby repealed. Section V.
