LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 114 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHING OF WATER RATES, FORCULLIN-ANTi FORCULLIN-ANTi WATER USE, BY RESOLUTION RES-OLUTION OF THE OREMCITY COUNCIL; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT CON-FLICT THEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OREM CITY: SECTION 1: That from and after date of the publication of this ordinance, the Orera City Council shall on behalf of Orem City, a Municipal Corporation, establish water rates for cul-linary cul-linary water use by resolution duly passed by the Orem City Council, Coun-cil, Orem City, Utah. SECTION 2:ThatallOrdinances or parts of Ordinances, in conflict con-flict with this Ordinance are hereby here-by repealed. SECTION 3: This Ordinance, immediately upon its passage, shall be approved and authenticated authenti-cated by the City Mayor, attested at-tested by the City Recorder, under the corporate seal of the City, and the same shall be published pub-lished in one issue of the Orem-Geneva Orem-Geneva Times, a newspaper published pub-lished withinOrem City, and shall be recorded in the Ordinance Book of Orem City, together with the proof of publication thereof. there-of. One of the homes was under cofr struction. All three were referred to juvenile court and one of the youths was sent to a youth home on recommendation of his mother. Five other youths were re ferred to juvenile court following their arrest Saturday. They were charged with illegal possession of intoxicating liquer. M. Dover H mt of the Orem Stake. Elder Richard W.Maycock of the Church Priesthood Genealogy committee and Sister Irene W. Buehner of the General Relief Society board were the visiting representatives who spoke and conducted special sessions of the conference covering cover-ing the values and blessings of the Genealogy and R ilief Society pro grams of the church. Pres. Hunt stated that history shows the need and value of heeding heed-ing the counsel of the prophets and listening to the words of God, To be faithful and obedient is the only way to have true joy and happiness in our homes and in our lives. Elder Maycock stated that we must be doers of the work in as much as our exhaltation comes only as we put our knowledge into action. It is as we wish it to be, he further stated, whether we receive the blessings attending the completion of the 3rd and 4th generation genealogy assignments given the members of the church. Sister Irene W. Buehner stated that the Relief Society program brings personal growth and development de-velopment into the lives of all mothers who take advantage of the opportunities offered in this organization. or-ganization. It provides a tremendous tremen-dous training program for young mothers and established in them the assurance necessary to successfully suc-cessfully meet the complex problems prob-lems of today on a sound spiritual spir-itual basis. Other speakers for the conference con-ference included Pres. Eli K. Clayson, Pres. Ray R.
