Show if By Naomi Peterson 7 Ail 'f In my last column, I discussed with you the problems and treatment treat-ment of oily skin. Dry skin, too, can be a problem. Here the skin looks dry and thin, is overly sensitive and turns red too easily. Possibly your skin is not being properly lubricated. To combat this, food containing large amounts of vitamin A are required. re-quired. For those who love salads, sal-ads, vitamin A is easily come by. Spinach, watercress and dandelion dan-delion greens , as well as apricots, apri-cots, milk, liver, and fish oils, are fine sources of this vitamin. Cleansing the skin with a special oil-based dry-skin cleanser and using a non-drying skin freshener would be of great help.
