Her home improvement proj-" ' est, which began with the re styling of a lamp and shade," has now grown into the im- , provement of 19 rooms. In the ; clothing program she has com- .: pleted 64 articles, including,, suits and coats. Miss Dickson will attend the - 43rd National 4-H Club Con- , gress in Chicago Nov. 29 to Dec. 3. The Ford Motor Company Com-pany Fund sponsors her trip. " Miss Dickson is attending Weber State College. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Forde Dickson, who operate a farm. Wadley said that not only has 4-H work permitted him to explore ex-plore different fields, but it has also helped him develop lead ership. Fruits of this leadership is apparent in his organization of two 4-H entomology clubs and one rock and mineral club -for younger boys. Wadley's other projects have included entomology and in 1961 he won the state award in this field. Wadley is a student at Utah State University. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Wadley, both of whom are club leaders. The two winners were chosen by the Cooperative Extension Service. , i Cranberry Mold Adds Special Zip , . It can even be frozen fro-zen if allowed to thaw slowly in the refrigerator before it is used again. Cherub's Chip Dip Beat one 'eight-ounce package of cream cheese with three-quarters cup of American blue cheese. Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt to taste. Add a pinch of monosodium glutamate. Thin to desired consistency with milk. Sauce may be used as spread or dip. This recipe makes about one and one-half cups. Diablo De Blue : Slowly melt eight ounces of process cheese with two tablespoons table-spoons milk. Stir in one-half cup crumbled American blue cheese. Flavor to taste with hot pepper sauce and garlic salt. Serve not with chips and crackers. Jellied Cheese Soak two teaspoons of gelatin in two tablespoons water. Mash three-quarters cup American blue cheese with a fork. Add one and one-half cups cream cheese and stir Until smoothly blended. Add dash of salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in soft.ned gelatin, which has been dissolved over hot water. wa-ter. Stir in one cup of whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill. 1 |
