Show FREEDOM FESTIVAL TO BE CLIMAXED WITH 'PANORAMA' Provo's state-wide Fourth of July Freedom Festival, June 29-July 29-July 4, will reach a whirlwind climax' the evening of the Fourth with the "Panorama 1957" variety show at BYU Stadium. Sta-dium. Panorama Chairman Dal Clark announces that an array of outstanding acts has been booked for the show, which will start at 8:45 p. m. after pre-show ceremonies starting at 8:15. One of the headline acts will be Barbara and Jimmy Kyle, a ladder-balancing team which has appeared at major shows throughout the country. They have a spinetingling show of perfect balance and control Among their favorite acts are the "neck hang" and the "head swivel." SCOUTS ENJOY OUTING Pack 3190 of the Orem Community Com-munity Church and their families fami-lies went on an all day outing recently to Fairfield, Utah and other nearby places ot Interest. They visited the "Old Hotel" which is 100 years old and the old camp and burial grounds. Oh their return trip they stopped stop-ped at Saratoga for a pot luck supper and amusements rides and swimming. Those participating were; Henry W. Kerr, cub master, and scouts, Darrell King, Ricky Myers, My-ers, Michael Johnson, Pat Kib-bie, Kib-bie, and Mike Kibbie. Other points of interest visit ed included a day at Disneyland. The Sumner's reported a very enjoyable time. CONK'S CELEBRATE FATHER AND SONS BIRTHDAYS Ten little guests ceebrated the fifth birthday of Steven Conk on Monday. Tuesday, they held a picnic in the Provo Pioneer Park celebrating cele-brating the birthday of Mr. Conk.
