The "hobo party" will be held near Kelly's Grove In Hobble Creek Canyon. Volleyball, soft-ball soft-ball and other games will start the evening's fun at 6 p. m. Serving Ser-ving of refreshments will begin t 7:30 p. in. Other highlights of the event will be the awarding of prizes for the best costumes worn. A variety var-iety program will also produce futher enterainment. Reservations may be made by calling Mrs. Marvin Sabin, party airman. Marriage of Betty Rowley, Bill Page Solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple Lovely Betty Lou Rowley became be-came the bride of Bill Page as they recited their wedding vows June 28 in the Salt Lake Temple. Accompanying them were their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Reed Rowley and Mrs. Lucille Page; their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Harding, Mrs. Maude Rowley, Mrs. Ernest Fowlke and Mrs. Dora Page; and approximately approxi-mately 30 other family members and close friends. After the ceremony cere-mony the groom's mother honored honor-ed the newlyweds at a wedding dinner at a Salt Lake City cafe. The following evening a well appointed reception feted them at the Vinyard Ward hall. A decor de-cor of lavender and white was carried . out In the artistic ar rangements. , j The bride wore a waltz length model of imported lace and tulle j over satta. Her bridal veil was attached to a circular box crown 1 of lace and sequins. A large orchid or-chid nestled in white carnations , formed the bridal bouquet. j Wearing gowns of lavender and white plaid taffeta and carrying baskets of white carnations de- ' corated with lavender streamers were the bridal attendents, Mrs. Leland Davis, matron of honor; Mrs. Jack Sumner, Deanne Cran-dall, Cran-dall, Marion Cameron, Janice Peters and Diane Rowley. Delone Rowley and Karen Fowlke, dressed dress-ed in lavender and white organdy, organ-dy, were flower girls with baskets bas-kets of daisies. Mrs. Rowley wore a rose lace dress and Mrs. Page chose light blue lace with inen. Both wore corsages of white carnations. Officiating as best man was Dick Page. Ushers were Jerry Rowley, Calvin Whitely and Larry Kirk. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Harding greeted the guests and Mrs. Dick Page presided at the guest registry.The program was emceed by Dale Harding. Highlighting the serving area was a three tiered wedding cake accented with lavender roses and a miniature bride and groom. Re. plicas of white swans supported the top tier. Stork Shower Fetes New Arrival, Mother A tiny two week old girl and her mother, Mrs. Owen C. Ben-nion, Ben-nion, were guests of honor at a recent "Pink" stork shower,' ' Held at the home of Mrs. La-Mar La-Mar Johnson, Mrs. Wilda Smith and Mrs. Douglas Wagstaff ton. trived to introduce the surprise social by a Tupperware demon stration. From one of the plastic dishes Mrs. Smith produced a corsage of baby stockings, safety pms and baby brush which she presented Mrs. Bennion. The eve ning was then spent in playing amusing parlor games. Highlighting the refreshments were tall crystal glasses of ginger ale frosted with pinapple ice cubes in which were frozen red maraschino cherries.
