Show OREM-GENEVA TIMES LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice of Intention is herby given by the City Council of Orem City, a municipal corporation, corpora-tion, Orem City, Utah, of the intention in-tention of said Orem City Council Coun-cil to make the following described des-cribed improvements in a special improvement district to be known as Special Improvement District B and to levy special taxes to pay for the same to-wit: (1) To excavate for and construct con-struct cement concrete curb and gutter with a six inch curb face and an eighteen inch gutter,, together to-gether with cement concrete driveways in said curb and gutter gut-ter at the residence of each property owner; said driveways to be twelve feet long and twenty-four inches wide with concrete poured over corregated metal culvert; said curb and gutter and driveways all to be constructed on both sides of the following street; 400 North Street from the East line of U.S. Highway High-way No. 91 to the West line of 600 E Street. (2) To excavate for and construct con-struct cement concrete sidewalk forty-eight inches in width and four inches in thickness on the South side of the following street: 400 North Street, from the East line of U.S. Highway No. 91 to the West line of 600 East Street. The estimated cost per front or linear foot for the curb and gutter is Two dollars five cents ($2.05). The estimated cost per front or linear foot for the cemnt concrete driveways is Two dollars dol-lars twenty-five cents ($2.28). - The estimated cost per front or linear foot for the cement concrete sidewalk is One dollar eighty-five cents ($1.85). A separate record shall be kept by Orem City on the cement concrete curb and gutter and driveways improvement above set forth and the abutters portion por-tion of the cost and expense of said improvement will be paid for by special local assessment upon the property back to a depth of 330 feet of the same ownership within the description above set forth, being the property prop-erty to be affected and benefited benefit-ed by said improvements. A spearate record shall be kept by Orem City on the cement concrete sidewalk Improvement above set forth and the abutters portion o the cost and expense of said improvement will be paid for by special local assessment upon the property back , to a depth of 330 feet of the same ownership within the description above set forth, being the property prop-erty to be affected and benefited by said improvements. All work set forth relative to the above described improvements improve-ments under the headings of (1) and (2) respectively, to be done according to the plans, profiles, and specifications on file in the office of the Orem City Engineer. That a map setting forth in detail the location of said above described improvements and the area of land to be affected by the local assessment and the special taxes to be levied thereon is on file in the office of the Orem City Recorder and may be" inspected in-spected by any person desiring to do so.
