State Fair to Stage Contest for Freckles, Red Hair A red-headed freckle faced lad, picked from entries throughout the Intermountain area will enjoy splendor beyond his dreams throughout this year's Utah State Fair, according to J. A. Theobald, secretary-manager of this year's event. In search of a typical yottng American boy ranging in age from Times 6 to 15 with an abundance of I freckles and red hair, the 1953 'Utah State Fair will conduct on open contest to entries on tho evening of September 7, Labor Day, at the Fairgrounds Colis ieum. Judging will be based on personality, amount of freckles, bushy red hair and general appearance. ap-pearance.
