Mrs. Neal Bunnell will be in charge of the pro gram and musical numbers are being arranged by Mrs. Ray Hanks. Mrs. Victor C. Anderson will re-d the litany. Mrs. Rebecca Palmer spent the weekend here visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Palmer. Birthday Group Fetes Two Members The Birthday group met at the home of Mrs- Gertrude Peacock Pea-cock t) honor her and Mrs. Cleo Peacock, whose birthdays occurred this week. A short business meeting was followed by games and potluck refreshments. Leola Sackett was introduced as a ne w member of the group. Marcelle Skinner will conduct a sewing class beginning Friday- January 19 at 3:30 p.m. The course will include a three-hour class each week for ten weeks. Anyone in the Orem area who s interested may register for the classes. Stanley Stubbs underwent a major operation at the St. Marks hospital in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. and Mrs. Marvin Meldrum and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rohbock. Mrs. Joy O. Clegg has gone to Parker, Arizona to stay with her daughter, Mrs. Nelson Webster- outs. Helen Madsen is a junior: and Norma Clegg and Pauline Madsen are sophomores. Colorfully costumed, this year the vivacious trio sport new navy gabardine dresses which feature Peter Pan collars and cuffs. The dresses have a tight fitting bodice with full ballerina baller-ina skirts which are underlined in gold taffeta. The ties are ijold and the girls wear gold colored tights. Sharing the spotlight with the 1 cheer leaders is the Tigerette Pep club which marches at half-time half-time ceremonies under the direction dir-ection of its president, Dixie Adams.
