The ward Old Folks committee comprises Mr. and Mrs. Milt Littlefield, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rohbock and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Maag- The Social Science lesson was presented at Relief. Society on Monday by Ardella Woolsey- Milt R. Littlefield and Lavern Harker took a group of Deacons to Arrowhead last week. Those attending were Milt Forebush, Jan Peterson, Evan Burr, Gary Littlefield, Gordon Harker, Greg Farley, Raymond Finch, Rex Adams, Shirl Rowley. Richie Benson and Leland Dav- The following boys were ordained or-dained Deacons Sunday at priesthood meeting: Gail Leon Wooley, Lloyd and Leland Mar-ston, Mar-ston, Ralph Mott, Dee Carson, Leonard Skinner, Dean Ellison, Wayne Shepherd and Darell Kitchen. Present at the meeting were parents and friends of the boys, including their Primary president and teacner. Bishop and Mrs- C. Wilford Larsen gave an interesting account ac-count of their three week trip to California and Arizona at sacrament meeting. Doral Graff gave an inspirational talk. Music Mu-sic was furnished by the ward choir. The annual ward Gold and Green Ball will be held on Tuesday, Tues-day, March 7. An election was held this week to name the queen. Plans have been made for the fifth annual ward reunion to be held Saturday, March 11. All present and past members of the ward are invited. Primary conference will be held Sunday evening, March 5 at 6 p.m. Parents are urged to have children there a few minutes min-utes early. Orem Seventies Plan Social Members of the 295th Quorum of Seventy of Orem stake plan a social to be held in the Windsor Wind-sor ward recreation hall on Friday, March 3 at 8 p.m. The social will welcome the new members recently ordained to the quorum. All quorum members mem-bers and their wives are invited to attend. Chairmen of the event are President J. L. Mangum, R. Kent Fielding and Vern L- Marritt. A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gregory on Monday at the Utah Valley hospital. Dr. Carl Andreason of Los Angeles, California is visiting here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs- Axel Andreason. Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Marshall Mar-shall (Katherine Oliver) have a new son bom at the Utah Valley- hospital on Saturday, Feb-25. CAMP TIMPANOGOS DUP TO MEET The regular March meeting of Camp Timpanogos, Daughters of Utah Pioneers, will be held Thursday, March 9 at the home of Mrs. Amanda Bigelo'v. Mrs. Martha Pyne, camp captain, will be in charge of the meeting. O Mary Ellen Peters and Kay Boulter, who is an officer of the ROTC at Branch Agriculture Agricul-ture College in Cedar City, were guests at the Governor's Milit ary Ball in Logan on Saturday evening. Roland Oliphant was home on leave from the Navy over the weekend. He visited at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elgin Oliphant- He has returned re-turned to San Diego, California. VINEYARD WARD EXTENDS INVITATION Vineyard ward extended an invitation this week to all members mem-bers of Orem stake who would like to attend the play, "The Stars Hung Low" which will be presented on Friday and Saturday evenings. The play will be staged in the new Vineyard Vine-yard hall and curtain time is 8 p m- Lorraine Wells is directing direct-ing the play.
