I observed ob-served the courteous, efficient manner in which lie performed his duty, his neat appearanc;, Ms trim uniform, his pleasant personality, and the fine businesslike busi-nesslike way in which he advised advis-ed the motorist of his violation and the consequent danger to himself and others and then cautioned against recurrence. I gained a new respect fcr this man whom we employ to help us carry out the rules an regulations regu-lations which wo have found necessary to give us the security we desire- I took time out to consider the qualifications necessary to make a good 'copper, and his real value to the community which he serves. In the first place he must be nhvumllv qualified to handle this difficult assignment. Ririe of American Fork, district manager of the Utah Power and Light company. Mr. Ririe reported that Robert Rob-ert L. Powell of Alpine has been employed as a service man to assist Horace Bean in the Orem area. Mr. Powell will make his home in Orem in the near future. fut-ure. In addition Mr. Ririe reports, Willis Larsen of Lindon will serve as a dispatcher during emergency em-ergency situations at the power company..
