Orem Student On Y Honor Roll Richard Nimcr of Orem, is among the 61 students at Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University who have been announced by the register re-gister as being eligible for the winter quarter honor roll. To achieve this distinction, a student stu-dent must have completed not less than 16 credit hours of "A" work during the quarter. Mr. Nimer is a freshman at B. Y. Utah County Lions At Orem Banquet The Orem Lions club and their guests from other clubs in the cunty enjoyed a banquet ban-quet and dance last week. District Dis-trict Governor Woolf was an honored guest. J. W. Gillman acted as toastmaster and welcomed wel-comed guests from Lions Clubs in Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Plea-sant Grove and Provo. After dinner the Lions and their partners reassembled at the Timpanogos ward hall and danced to the music of Reed Rowley's orchestra. Garden Club Plans Summer Projects A plant auction held at the Edgemont ward chapel last week helped swell the treasury of the Orem Garden Club.
