Winds welcome balloons Autumn Aloft has come and gone again for another year. Twenty five pilots from as far away as Texas and Florida participated par-ticipated in this year's event. Friday proved to be the most productive day with cooperative winds and perfect early morning temperatures for balloon piloting. Saturday all the balloons got off but winds forced early lan dings, and Sunday high winds t prevented flying at all. The gala roaring twenties party par-ty on Friday night was an overwhelming over-whelming success and the Saturday Satur-day night "Bobs" concert was a unique and different type of entertainment. An estimated 20,000 people showed up for this event that has become a Utah tradition; 3,000 on Friday and 8,000 on Saturday and Sunday. .
