The Park City Historical Society Not associated with Genesis Editor: On May 26, 1988 an article by Sena Taylor titled "Genesis to stay open" stated that the Homeowners Association of New Clain Condominiums Con-dominiums will keep the doors of the Genesis Hotel open. Please be advised advis-ed that this is totally erroneous information. in-formation. We at New Claim are not a management company,- nor do we have any intention of functioning as such. Furthermore, the New Claim Board of Directors has not entered into any agreement, either oral or written to manage the Genesis operation. We regret the turmoil that the Aston pull-out has created, and we have complete sympathy with the individual in-dividual owners at the Prospector Square Unit owners. However, we are unable to assist them in the management of their operation and these owners need to be so advised. Sincerely, Roberta Kolbly, member New Claim Homeowners Board of Directors Editor's note: While a number of New Claim Condominiums are owned own-ed by David Williams and Ed Bolt, the condos were in no way affected by the Aston pull-out and potential lapse of management. TheProspec-tor TheProspec-tor Square Condominiums, however, were affected by the Aston pull-out, and some of its owners made ar-rengements ar-rengements to keep the doors open in the wake of Aston's leaving.
