PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE Ordinance No. 82-16 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING ADOPT-ING UNIFORM CONSTRUCTION CON-STRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS SPECIFICA-TIONS AND ENGINEERING ENGINEER-ING STANDARDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WORKS IMPROVEMENTS IM-PROVEMENTS WITHIN PARK CITY, UTAH WHEREAS, it is desirable desir-able to establish a set of uniform construction standards and specifications specifica-tions for additions, alterations, altera-tions, and repairs to the public works systems of Park City: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Park City, Utah: Section 1: The "Park City Construction Specifications Specifi-cations and Standard Construction Con-struction Drawings" prepared pre-pared by the City Engineer, and dated April 1982 are hereby adopted by the city as the minimum construction construc-tion standards to be applied to all additions, alterations al-terations and repairs to public streets and all other public works facilities of Park City. These standards stand-ards are incorporated into this Ordinance by reference, refer-ence, and are a part of this Ordinance as if they had been set forth here in their entirety. Section 2: Privately constructed con-structed roads and other improvements of the type described in the "Park City Construction Specifications Specifi-cations and Standard Drawings" must comply with those standards to be accepted by the city as a part of the city's public works systems. No future dedication of any improvements improve-ments will be accepted unless un-less the improvements comply with these standards. stand-ards.
