Show LEGAL NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given, that the City Council Coun-cil of Park City, Utah passed and adopted the following ordinance on November 12, 1981. By so adopting, the city has adopted the ordinance as adopted by the county, which details all rules, regulations and procedures with regard to animal control within the city limits. Copy of the complete ordinance Is on file at City Hall. ORDINANCE NO. 81-8 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND PROVIDING FOR ANIMAL CONTROL WHEREAD, Park City Municipal Corporation desires to provide animal control within Park City, and; WHEREAS, the County Commissioners have adopted an animal control ordinance No. 113-13, authorizing the County Sheriff to serve as the Animal Control Director for Summit County, and; WHEREAS, the City desires to delegate all animal control responsibilities respon-sibilities authorized under this ordinance to the county. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED THAT: SECTION 1: That Summit Sum-mit County, under the direction of the Animal Control Director, appointed appoin-ted by the County Commissioners Com-missioners is hereby delegated to provide enforcement en-forcement of all of the provisions of this ordinance. ordinan-ce. SECTION 2: The County is hereby authorized to collect all fees authorized under this ordinance and to use said fees for animal control purposes within Park City. SECTION 3: The City hereby repeals Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl of the Park City ordinances, and in lieu thereof, adopts the provisions of County Ordinance Or-dinance No. 113-13. SECTION 4: All ordinances ordinan-ces andor resolutions Inconsistent In-consistent with the provisions of this ordinan ce, are hereby repealed. LEGAL NOTICE SNYOERVILLE BASIN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Notice Is hereby given of an election for two members of the Board of Trustees of the Snyderville Basin Sewer Improvement District to be held Dec. 2, 1981. The vacancies to be filled at that election will be for six-year terms beginning Jan. 1982. Candidates for the "Incorporated" "In-corporated" vacancy must reside within the corporate cor-porate limits of Park City. Candidates for the "unincorporated" "unin-corporated" vacancy must reside within the Snyderville Snyder-ville Basin Sewer Improvement Im-provement District, but outside of Park City. Only residents of the "Incorporated" "Incor-porated" area will vote for candidates for the "Incorporated" "Incor-porated" vacancy. Only residents outside of Park City will vote for Candidates Can-didates for the "Unincorporated" "Unincor-porated" vacancy. All candidates must be Eighteen years of age. One vacancy will be filled from within the boundaries boun-daries of the incorporated area of Park City, and only voters residing within Park City may vote for such candidates. The other vacancy will be filled from within the boundaries of the Snyderville Basin Sewer Improvement district but outside the boundaries of Park City, and only residents of the . area of the District outside of Park City will vote for such candidates.
