Now we are looking forward to the second 100 years. Where will the next century take us? The foundation of the Community Church is people those who give of their time, talents, and resources to make the church an alive and growing fellowship. The Community Church is interdenominational, opening its doors to anyone to stop and worship. Foremost in the goals of the Community Church is to reach out and more fully meet the needs of the people of Park City and the surrounding area. To succeed in this ideal, we must have a fulltime minister. Other needs include expanding our programs: Sunday School, teenage youth group, minister visitations, Bible studies, discussion groups, confirmation classes, and any other the congregation wishes to have. Especially since the Community Church has the honor of being placed on the National Historical Register, we hope to be able to keep the building well maintained main-tained and in good repair, and to beautify the area around it so that it can be used to serve the congregation and the community. These goals and dreams and plans can be achieved, but only with your help. This year we are establishing a stewardship program. To kick off the stewardship program, there will be a potluck supper on Sunday, November 8 at 6:00 p.m. at the church. You are most cordially invited and encouraged to join us for good food, fellowship, and an open discussion of what directions the Community Church will take.
