THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF SUMMIT ORDAINS OR-DAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Reckless Skiing Prohibited. No person per-son shall ski in a reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the life, limb, or property of any person. Section 2. Skier's Duty to Injured Party in Event of Collision. Any skier involved in a collision resulting in injury in-jury to any person shall immediately im-mediately stop at the scene of such collision and render to any person injured in such collision reasonable assistance, including the caring or the making of arrangements for the caring of such person by a physician, surgeon, or hospital for medical or surgical treatment if it is RESOLUTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 6 The Board of County Commissioners of Summit County, Utah met in session at the meeting place of the Board in the County Building in Coalville, Utah, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 1980. There were present Chairman Bill Wallin and Commissioner Gerald Young and Commissioner Com-missioner Carl Ovard. There was also present Mr. Reed D. Pace, County Clerk. Any skier involved in a collision with another skier or person in which injury in-jury results shall give his name and address to an employee of the ski area operator or a member of the ski patrol before leaving the vicinity of the collision. Provided, however, if it is necessary to secure aid for a person injured in the collision, the person securing such aid shall give his name and address as required herein after such aid is secured and before leaving the ski area. Section 4. Violation of Misdemeanor. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than Two Hundred Ninety Nine and 0100 Dollars ($299.00), or by a jail sentence not to exceed six ber,2, 1980, voted in support of a Resolution to annex the property described herein to Summit County Service Area No. 6 to provide for road maintenance, including in-cluding snow removal, for said area, and WHEREAS, a copy of said Resolution was filed with the Summit County Clerk within one month after said Resolution was passed.
