He said he expects no problems obtaining ob-taining Planning Commission approval for his mall project, and if he's right, his "diamond-in-the-rough" dream of a revitalized Mt. Air Mall will be realized in about 90 days. Chambers' enthusiasm for the mall extends to the Park City area in general. The present stagnation in construction, con-struction, he said, will mean a demand for more housing later. 'There are people who love this environment," he said.
