Support for that optimistic outlook surfaced this summer when the first lots in the project went up for sale. "We've had an average of six inquiries per day," reports Kay Wade, broker for the Jeremy. But Wade is quick to point out: "We will totally cooperate with all other realtors and brokers." Lots in the first phase of the project are selling for about $40,000 and, Mr. Wade notes, 90 of the initial 130 one-third one-third to one-acre lots have been sold, although closing won't occur until af tei November 15, when curb and gutter are completed. Looking to the future, the thing that impresses the realtor the most about the Jeremy development is the high amount of buyer interest already generated without a heavy advertising campaign. "So far, the Jeremy has been promoted almost entirely within Park City," he explains. 'The reason, is that Park City people understand what's going to happen and every good Park City realtor has a list of good customers that have seen the appreciation ap-preciation on other properties."
