J Ashley Burns Troy Houghton Public J?ottce IS l'V BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS The Board of Adjustment has been asked to meet to consider a variance of a side yard setback set-back requirement of one Residential Development-Medium Density (RDM) District of The Park City Land Management Code. The applicant owns Lot 93, Prospector Park, Phase II on Cochise Court. Because of the narrow shape of the lot and the size of their proposed building, the applicant is requesting a 10.7 foot side yard setback for each side. The Board of Adjustment has therefore been asked to grant the proponents the requested variance. The request comes under the authority of the Board as described in 10-9-12 and 10-9-14 of the Utah Code Annotated 1953 and also as described in Chapter XIII of the Park City Land Management Code. The request will be considered by the Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, July 17, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. QUARRY HILLS INPUT The Park City Planning Commission has been asked to meet to consider the proposed Quarry Hills Development. The proposal is composed of a seventy (70) lot subdivision and thirty-five (35) units Planned Unit Development. The prosposed development is located directly west of the Park Meadows Subdivision No. 4. A public input session has been scheduled for the review of this proposal and how it relates to the existing development to the east and the proposed development to the north. It will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 1979, at 8 p.m. at the Prospector Square Conference Center. The residents of the Holiday Ranch and Park Meadows Area as well as other interested citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting. TEENAGE DISCO NIGHT The After Ten Disco at the Christopher restaurant will co-sponsor a teenage disco night with the Park City Recreation Dept. Teenage Disco Night will be held Tuesday, July 10 from 9 p.m. until midnight and will be open to teenagers from 13 to 18 years of age. Practice will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. across from the fire station starting July 11. HIGH SCHOOL GYM The Park City High School gym is now open to students from 8-10 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays Thurs-days and from 6-9 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays Wed-nesdays and Fridays. SOCCER CAMP Park City Rec. Dept. will be sponsoring a Soccer Camp for all youth soccer players. The dates for the camp are July 16th through July 20th. The camp will be conducted at the City Park and will be directed by Bob Martin and his staff of United States Soccer Federation licensed coaches. Participants will be grouped according to age and ability to provide achievement. Half-day and all-day sessions are available for $40 and $70 respectively. Applications and information are available at the Rec. Dept. office at the City Park, Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-4 p.m. or call Bruce at 649-9461.
