According to Public Safety Commissioner Larry E. Lunnen, Driver behavior is the single most important factor in traffic crashes. Speeding and exceeding the 55 mph law account for 31.4 percent of all traffic crashes which have resulted in deaths; 25 percent of those were going over 55 mph. Forty-two percent of the drivers involved in fatal crashes thus far have previous pre-vious speeding convictions. This compares to 37 percent last year(1977). Young drivers dri-vers (under 25) account for 44.9 percent of the drivers involved in fatal crashes. a Test Wk iJlMlii In Review 8:30 7 Wall Street Week 9:00 2 Quincy 7 Evening At Pops 10:00 2 Newswatch 4 Action News 5 Eyewitness News 7 National Geographic 10:30 2 Johnny Carson 4 Baretta 10:40 5 Gunsmoke 11:00 7 Dick Cavett 11:30 7 ABC News 5 Movie-Drama 12:00 2 Midnight Special 1:00 4 Lucy Show MOVIES 2.00 5 ii:40 4 5 "The View from Pompey's Head."
