W.R. Liechty, Provo, a Brigham Young University botany and range science professor, and Brian Beard, a Salt Lake City member of the Sierra Club, had asked the regional forester to conduct a full-fledged review of the wilderness associates' environmental impact statement state-ment on the proposed Heritage Heri-tage Mountain (Four Seasons) Sea-sons) development. Uinta National Forest Supervisor Sup-ervisor Don T. Nebeker, Provo, had approved the special use permit last November after a 30-day public review session and public hearings.
