They will enter the MTC on Jan. 10. There will be a social at Timpanogos Stake 2nd Ward, 800 N. 100 West, Pleasant Grove from 2 to 4 p.m. for family and friends. This will be the Johnsons' second mission to Norway. Natalie Nystrom gets her YW recognition award Natalie Nystrom, daughter daugh-ter of Albert and Terri Nystrom, Nys-trom, recently received her Young Womanhood Recognition Recog-nition award. She belongs to the North Field 11th Ward. For her projects she worked on Primary Children's Chil-dren's Pennies By The Inch drive, spending 17 hours collecting money for children chil-dren in need. Her final project proj-ect was planning and preparing for her ward's Young Women in Excellence Night. Follow this simple do-it-yourself baking soda rinse formula: Ingredients: Water, Baking Soda & Red Cider Vinegar Step One - Mix baking soda and water. Work solution through wet hair for 10 minutes. Step Two - Rinse out soda with warm water. Shampoo hair and rinse with warm water. Mix 1 part Red Cider Vinegar and 8 parts water. Work vinegar vine-gar solution through hair for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with tepid water. Step Three - Apply Conditioner (Recommend Giovanni products) for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with tepid water. Blow-dry and style. This process can be repeated every 4 to 5 months.
