J) Jeremy MaughanErin Bowler Health note J If you're on your feet a lot, particularly standing on a hard floor, try wearing sheer support stockings or pantyhose. Recent research reported in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise Exer-cise finds that ordinary support hosiery can help reduce leg and foot discomfort. Because the stockings fit tighter around the feet and ankles, they keep blood from pooling and thus reduce swelling, working the same way as the compression stockings doctors sometimes prescribe. (Note: Women's pantyhose can work for men, too!) 5 Great Mother-in-Law's Gift Sour Dough Bread mm, w& GO -MTm CD Bakery ?
