As a team, SHS placed fifth which is very good considering how tough Region Six is. They have two region champs. Kenyan Christen and Louis Schardine. The following wrestlers placed as follows: 3rd, Cole Ratcliff, Pat Wilson and Brandon Ratcliffe; 4th, Kyle Rawle and Shelby Peterson; 5th, Dan Sabo; and 6th, Jacob Farnsworth. Devil update by Caleb Perkins The Springville Red Devils played the Provo Bulldogs on Tue., Feb. 6. Both teams were in great shape looking to pull off an upset against each other. The game was tied four times, but then in the second half it all turned around when Provo started out strong and did not let the Devils get any closer than they did in the first half. The Bulldogs upset the Springville Red Devils 64 to 51. Mike Barnes and Kelly Giles led Springville in scoring, Barnes had 1 1 points and Giles had 9 points. Aaron Andrus led in rebounding and Rob Gueck led in assists. They are excited to take these young men to the state tournament tourna-ment because they are very good and they will upset several wrestlers wres-tlers from other regions.
