They will serve the Hafen-Dallin Guild as officers for this year. They are, Kara Lynn Hucks, past-president; Nancy Miller Cowley, president; and Norma Shelline, president-elect. They oversee the many volunteers that serve at the museum and conduct fund-raising projects. The guild contributed $15,000 to the Centennial Wing project earned from projects in 1995. They have committed to pay for the construction of volunteer space in the new wing. Classes will begin February 7, and be held each Wednesday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the 7th floor classroom at UVRMC, 1034 N. 500 West. A minimum of four weekly sessions will be offered. Participants Partici-pants can attend any time, starting start-ing any week of the month. Extra sessions will be offered if a group identifies a topic they want to discuss. During the time, participants will learn about cancer diagnosis, treatment, side-effects, side-effects, nutrition, exercise, stress management and community resources. -f The I Can Cope program gives participants an opportunity to share their concerns with others having similar experiences and to design ways to cope with the challenges that arise from a cancer diagnosis. He has held many positions in the LDS Church and worked as a carpenter for 35 years at Geneva Steel. He is married to Alta Losee Taylor. They have one daughter, Barbara Murdoch, five grandchildren grandchil-dren and 14 great-grandchildren. The first design for a bicycle may have been created by Leonardo Leo-nardo da Vinci or one of his pupils. The design shows a machine ma-chine propelled by cranks and pedals.
