The bride is the daughter of John and Leona Roylance of Mapleton. She is a graduate of Springville High School and received her bachelor's degree in Home Economics Education at Utah State University. She is presently teaching at Provo High School. Korry is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Dan Bird of Springville. Korry is also a graduate of Springville High School. He served in the Raleigh, North Carolina Mission and is presently employed by Sculptor Edward J. Fraughton of South Jordan. There will be a reception held in their honor on Saturday, June 7 at the Springville Museum of Art. Matron of Honor will be Cheryl R. Beagley . Bridesmaids include: Nancy Roylance, Terra Bird and Peggy Bird. Best man will be Kelly Gomez. Prenuptual parties given by: Sharlene Wright, Pam R. Wilson, Janice R. Gonzales and Cheryl R. Beagley. Goodrich-Nelson wedding vows Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Goodrich are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Renae, to Mr. Brett Charles Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kent P. Wood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernal Wood, Springville, will marry Randy L. Clark, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert H. Clark, also of Springville, Thursday, Thur-sday, June 12, in the Jordan River Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A reception will honor the couple that evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Crytal Manor Reception Center, 80 West Center, Springville. The event is open to all friends and relatives. Matron of honor will be Paula Forman, with Derelys Bates, Ann Paystrup, Patricia Hemphill, and Linda Wall as bridesmaids. Best man will be J. Clark Gomez, with Herb, Mike and Paul Clark attending. She was a member of the National Honor Society and also participated par-ticipated as a flag twirler. She graduated from UTC as a legal secretary and is now employed at Hawkins, Borup, Cloward and Co., CPA's in Orem. Her fiance also graduated from Springville High School and IDS Seminary. He served an LDS mission to Jamaica, West Indies. He is currently attending UTC where he has gained honor status.. He is employed at Provo Craft. Fona was born June 6, 1906 in Winterquarters, Utah to Hyrum and Elizabeth Conrad Muhlestein. She lived in Somerset, Colo, for thirty two years, then she and her family moved to Provo where she has '. resided for the past 43 years. After 25 years she retired from the BYU Food Service, having been a ; manager at Knight Mangum and the Wilkinson Sky Room, and also helped initiate the Quickie Lunch while there. She enjoys playing the piano and was in a dance band for a number of years. She has held many positions in the LDS Church and is currently working in the Provo LDS Temple several days a week. Mrs. Farry is the mother of two sons, and one daughter, Richard D. Schultz, and Norma Averett, both of Springville, and Van A. Schultz of Bay St. Louis, Miss. Rhonda, a graduate of the University of Utah in International Economics, is employed by the State Bank of Victoria in Melbourne as a Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealer. John, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. Staskow of Pointe Claire, Quebec, Canada is a business graduate of Concordia University in Canada. He is Foreign Exchange Senior Dealer for the National Australia Bank, also in Melbourne. The couple are making their home in South Yarra, Victoria, outside of Melbourne. Early Bird prenatal class Utah Valley Regional Medical Center will hold an "Early Bird" prenatal class on Thursday, June 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Clark Auditorium. The one-time class is for pregnant women in their first or second trimester. A $4 fee helps defray the cost of materials.
