Oh, it's not like l haan t Deen HKe thisbefore, in fact I only corrected a situation that has been with me since last November. Of course, that has been six months and people had come to accept me for what I had become. Some even liked the change, several ladies voiced their approval, which bolstered my aging ego, but didn't do too much for my wife's otherwise mild temperment. I decided to change my appearance ap-pearance while I was down in Southern Utah. The next morning I went to eat in the cafe where I generally always eat. Everyone was very pleasant with their greetings -but no one noticed! Maybe they did, maybe they didn't care. My colleagues at work made no mention of the drastic change, no one at the motel seemed to detect anything. I might as well have left well enough alone. Arriving back in this area I stopped in at the Credit Union. I talked with two of the girls who generally handle my account, they didn't notice. The manager came out and talked to me but said nothing about the "new look", or "old look", or whichever way you look at it. Later I went to the bank to get a paper notarized, nothing. I stopped in at Ralph's Automotive not a glimpse of recognition. I'll bet a dollar to a donut that the people at the paper don't spot it either. Even nM Eaele-eve the editor.
